It is with great pleasure for us to introduce another feature to add to our dossier:

Real-time stats on live matches.

The wonderful community of companies offering us streams to watch the money matches and other endurance matches is an amazing feautre almost unique to the cue sports. Yes, many sports have PPV streams for watching matchups and other games, but they also have other mainstream outlets that provide their followers with high quality media.

We are a small but passionate community and it is our pleasure to offer an extension to these streams, by providing interesting stats that users can view for free on our website. No logins, no credit card processing, no hassle.

We want to show how useful stats can be to analyze the game of pool in real time. Sure your favorite player may be winning by a two rack margin, but why? Can we identify the strenghts of each player and their opponent by offering a look into their game as it occurs? That is our goal, and we look forward to feedback from the community on what we did wrong, what we did right, and what we can improve on.

These live stats will be provided on a random selection of live pool m atches around the globe. As long as we have time to record the matches and mine the database in real-time we will continue to provide this service for free. It also allows us to open a new market for leagues and tournaments seeking a place to gain live data on their players. We will be rolling out a pay-per-use plan where leagues, tournaments, and regular players can pay a small fee to view their stats on their matches through our website. Currently, we don’t have everything in place to roll this out to the community at large, but we expect this to become available to all players soon. In the meantime, please enjoy the free service for hot matches as they come during these sparse pool times.

All pool match data is recorded using the Pool Stats Pro app with the AutoUpload feature and a service provided by Metabase will process this data for viewing on our website. The data will be upload every two matches and the real-time stats on the website will be refreshed every five minutes. We wouldl like to thank Rackem.tv, Roy’s Basement, Facebook Streamers, and all the pool streamers out theree . We are very excited for this new aspect of pool to come to fruition and we look forward to your response, good or bad.
